A new approach:Low Carbon

Our Digital Commitment
What does our Low Carbon approach involve?
At esf Les Saisies, we know how precious nature is: the pure air, the forests, the pristine snow... All treasures we must protect. That’s why we’ve decided to take care of our carbon footprint, including online!

With nearly 4% of global greenhouse gas emissions linked to digital activity, our website has been revamped to follow a Low Carbon approach. Fewer heavy images, less unnecessary data, more simplicity and speed — for a site that’s smooth, clear, and lighter on resources while remaining warm and comprehensive!

Because for us, preserving our mountains also means thinking about every click.

Anti-waste event:
"Le Dernier Planté de Bâton"
In June 2025, esf instructors at Les Saisies swapped their ski poles for trash bags during the "Le Dernier Planté de Bâton" (The Last Pole Planted) event.

This collective cleanup day, organised by SNMSF and Mountain Riders, brings together ski schools and volunteers each year who are dedicated to preserving the mountains.

With enthusiasm and determination, the Les Saisies team showed that responsible winter practices extend far beyond the slopes with a simple yet powerful gesture: keeping our playground clean and protected.
